How to find your Ticketmaster venue ID

Jeero needs the ID of your venue in order to import your events from Ticketmaster. Here is how to find yours:

  1. Go to the Ticketmaster API Explorer.
  2. Select ‘Venue Search’ in the methods dropdown:
  3. Unfold the ‘Parameters’ section:
  4. Enter the name of your venue in the ‘keyword’ tex input and click on the ‘GET’ button:
  5. Scroll down to the search results and click on your venue in the ‘Venues’ box:
  6. Copy your ‘id’ from the box that appears on the right:
