Jeero makes it very easy to import your TicketWeb events into Theater WP. No more copy-pasting but always up-to-date information on your website.
TicketWeb is a completely DIY ticketing platform designed in collaboration with the industry to empower independent promoters, venues and artists.
Theatre WP is a premium WordPress theme for theaters. Its unique features and functionalities make it the ideal solution for websites dedicated to theater, arts and other similar activities. It is suited for any type of theater, ballet, arts gallery and others.
In this guide, you will connect your WordPress website to TicketWeb. Next, you will sync your events with the Theater WP plugin. When completed, you will have a website for your venue with an always up-to-date overview of your events.
- Make sure you have a working WordPress website.
Request your Venue ID for the Ticketmaster API from your TicketWeb contact. You can also ask me to look this up for you.
Step 1 – Install Jeero
- Go to Plugins → Add new in the WordPress admin.
- Look for ‘jeero’.
- Install and activate the Jeero plugin.
You now have a new Jeero menu-item in the WordPress admin.
Step 2 – Install Theater WP
Step 3 – Start the sync
- Go to Jeero in the WordPress admin.
- Click on ‘Start new sync’
- Select TicketWeb in the Ticketing solution field.
- Select Theater WP in the Calendar plugin field.
- Click on Save Changes.
Enter your Venue ID in the Venue field.
Click on Save Changes.
The sync is now active. Your events will be visible in Theater WP within 5 minutes:

Clicking on the tickets link automatically leads visitors to the proper TicketWeb ticketing page:

The free plan for Jeero lets you sync up to 10 upcoming events at any given time. Perfect for small organisations and testing purposes.
