Import Ticketsolve events to Sugar Calendar

Prerequisites

  1. Check that your WordPress website is up and running.
  2. Obtain your client name from the Ticketsolve support team.


Step 1 – Install Sugar Calendar

  1. Go to PluginsAdd new in the WordPress admin.
  2. Look for ‘sugar calendar’.

Step 2 – Install Jeero

Step 3 – Start the sync

  1. Go to Jeero in the WordPress admin.
  2. Select Ticketsolve in the Ticketing solution field:

  3. Click on Save Changes.

  4. Enter your Ticketsolve clientname:

  6. Click on the Sugar Calendar tab.

  7. Tick the Enable Sugar Calendar import checkbox:

  8. Click on Save Changes.

Step 4 – Show your events on your website

  1. Display a calendar on any page with the [sc_events_calendar] shortcode.
  2. View the archive of events at yoursite.com/events.

Step 5 – Choose the right plan
