Import Ticketmatic events to Sugar Calendar

Importing Ticketmatic events into Sugar Calendar is a breeze with Jeero. Instead of manually copying and pasting information, your website will always have up-to-date information, including dates, prices, and ticketing.

This tutorial will show you how to connect your WordPress website to Ticketmatic. You will then import your events into the Sugar Calendar plugin. When finished, you will have a website that provides an always-updated overview of your events, including dates, prices and ticketing.

Prerequisites

  1. Check that your WordPress website is up and running.

  2. Ask Ticketmatic for your organisations public en secrets keys by sending an email to help@ticketmatic.com with the following text:

    Dear Ticketmatic,

    Please send me the public key and secret key for <account>. I need them to show our Ticketmatic events on our WordPress website using the Jeero plugin.

  3. Make sure that you have some events with active ticket sales in Ticketmatic.

Step 1 – Install Sugar Calendar

  1. Go to Plugins → Add new in the WordPress admin.
  2. Look for ‘sugar calendar’.

  3. Install and activate Sugar Calendar plugin.

Step 2 – Install Jeero

  1. Go to Plugins → Add new in the WordPress admin.
  2. Look for ‘jeero’.

  3. Install and activate the Jeero plugin.

Step 3 – Start the sync

  1. Go to Jeero in the WordPress admin.

  2. Select Ticketmatic in the Ticketing solution field:

  3. Click on Save Changes.

  4. Enter your Account Name, Public Key and Secret Key.

  5. Click on Save Changes.

  6. Check the correct Saleschannels and Pricetypes in the corresponding fields.

  7. Click on Save Changes.

  8. Click on the Sugar Calendar tab.

  9. Tick the Enable Sugar Calendar import checkbox:

  10. Click on Save Changes.

The sync is now active. Your events will be visible in Sugar Calendar within 5 minutes:

Step 4 – Show your events on your website

  1. Display a calendar on any page with the [sc_events_calendar] shortcode.
  2. View the archive of events at yoursite.com/events.

Step 5 – Choose the right plan
