Import Fienta events to WP Event Manager

Importing Fienta events into WP Event Manager is a breeze with Jeero. Instead of manually copying and pasting information, your website will always have up-to-date information, including dates, prices, and ticketing.

This tutorial will show you how to connect your WordPress website to Fienta. You will then import your events into the WP Event Manager plugin. When finished, you will have a website that provides an always-updated overview of your events, including full descriptions, images and start times.

Prerequisites

  1. Check that your WordPress website is up and running.

  2. Get your Organizer ID from the URL when visiting the Fienta Settings page.
    For example: if your Settings page URL is https://fienta.com/my/organizers/1234/edit, your organiser_id is 1234.

Step 1 – Install WP Event Manager

  1. Go to Plugins → Add new in the WordPress admin.
  2. Look for ‘wp event manager’.

  3. Install and activate WP Event Manager plugin.

You now have a new Event Manager menu-item in the WordPress admin.

Step 2 – Install Jeero

  1. Go to Plugins → Add new in the WordPress admin.
  2. Look for ‘jeero’.

  3. Install and activate the Jeero plugin.

Step 3 – Start the sync

  1. Go to Jeero in the WordPress admin.

  2. Select Fienta in the Ticketing solution field:

  3. Click on Save Changes.

  4. Enter your Fienta Organizer ID:

  5. Click on Save Changes.

  6. Click on the WP Event Manager tab.

  7. Tick the Enable WP Event Manager import checkbox:

  8. Click on Save Changes.

The sync is now active. Your events will be visible in WP Event Manager within 5 minutes:

Step 4 – Show your events on your website

Create a page called “events” and inside place the [events] shortcode. This page will now list your events.

Clicking on the tickets link automatically leads visitors to the corresponding Fienta ticketing page:

Step 5 – Choose the right plan
