Import Ents24 events to WP Event Manager

Importing Ents24 events into WP Event Manager is a breeze with Jeero. Instead of manually copying and pasting information, your website will always have up-to-date information, including dates, prices, and ticketing.

This tutorial will show you how to connect your WordPress website to Ents24. You will then import your events into the WP Event Manager plugin. When finished, you will have a website that provides an always-updated overview of your events, including featured images, showtimes and genres.

Prerequisites

  1. Check that your WordPress website is up and running.

  2. Request your Venue ID for the Ents24 API from your Ents24 contact. You can also ask me to look this up for you.

Step 1 – Install WP Event Manager

  1. Go to Plugins → Add new in the WordPress admin.
  2. Look for ‘wp event manager’.

  3. Install and activate WP Event Manager plugin.

You now have a new Event Manager menu-item in the WordPress admin.

Step 2 – Install Jeero

  1. Go to Plugins → Add new in the WordPress admin.
  2. Look for ‘jeero’.

  3. Install and activate the Jeero plugin.

Step 3 – Start the sync

  1. Go to Jeero in the WordPress admin.

  2. Select Ents24 in the Ticketing solution field:

  3. Click on Save Changes.

  4. Enter your Venue ID in the Venue field.

  5. Click on Save Changes.

  6. Click on the WP Event Manager tab.

  7. Tick the Enable WP Event Manager import checkbox:

  8. Click on Save Changes.

The sync is now active. Your events will be visible in WP Event Manager within 5 minutes:

Step 4 – Show your events on your website

Create a page called “events” and inside place the [events] shortcode. This page will now list your events.

Clicking on the tickets link automatically leads visitors to the corresponding Ents24 ticketing page:

Step 5 – Choose the right plan
